Jim, was wonderful to work with. I was going through a divorce from hell. Jim spent countless hours working to get our house sold and was very sensitive to the situation. Other agents may have walked away, but Jim stood in there dedicated and committed to his word to get the sale done. A year later he assisted me with the purchase of my condo. Again taking his time and working with selling agent and lenders to be sure the escrow closed and keys in hand on the initial date promised. If you are looking to sell or buy Jim is your guy.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim on the market appraisal of my mother’s house. Jim was prompt-courteous and extremely professional. Jim took his time going through the house and explaining all the details of the appraisal process to me. He did a great job-providing a detailed report in a timely manner.
